[repo-coord] New package repository

Hi.
I just started a new repository for tetex related packages.
It's intention is to be a community effort distribution agnostic
repository similar to jpackage, but for noarch tetex packages.

It is extremely young (just put up), and needs advice and direction from
other repositories, as well as people willing to contribute.

It can be found at
http://mpeters.us/tetexrpm/

(That's a temporary home, but it will probably stay there until it is a
little more mature)

There is a google group for discussion (I'd prefer a mailman list - as a
subscriber to many lists, I like mailman - but I'll give google groups a
shot)

Anyway - comments (especially on packaging and future infrastructure)
are very welcome, and so are people who are willing to contribute.
