[repo-coord] bugzilla.atrpms.net knows about fc2 now

Hi,

I have added fc2 to the available versions at
bugzilla.atrpms.net. Please build fc2 packages, so bugs can be filed
against ;)

There are also x86_64 and pcc (for ydl) architecures available. While
these had been in there since the start, x86_64 will probably start
generating bugs with FC2.
