That's the fedora.us apt's kernel-module magic warning you that none of 
your repositories contain kernel-module-alsa-2.4.26-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma 
package.

Apt is trying to avoid breakage here, that's why it's holding back stuff. 
Whether it'll break or not, or whether the breakage is worse with the held 
back packages or forced upgrade of those is another matter.
