This looks like coming from fedora.us (from the "fdr" repo
tag). Compatibility with fedora.us is a similar issue - I'd like to
have fedora.us in the list of comaptible repos, but fedora.us has an
explicit policy of not supporting repository mixing. This has led to
many discussion on many lists in the past. While many people disagree
with this policy, it is at least an open stated goal of the
project.

Nevertheless this means that mixing fedora.us repos with other repos
can have such effects. And in fact mixing will always cause
compatibility bugs, after all there are thousands of packages in all
repos together. Up to now at least most repos were trying to resolve
any reported issues.
