Woops! 

Obsoletes: tcl < %{tcltkvers}, tk < %{tcltkvers}
Provides: tcl = %{tcltkvers}, tk = %{tcltkvers}

I do obsolete them. I've been busy with fc3, some of the legacy has 
washed out of the head.
