Seth does bring up a point about it, but I think Trove is already a well 
established standard:  freshmeat and sf.net.  Pushing what's necessary 
into RPM can only be seen as a good thing, IMHO.  And, that may mean 
other infra changes, but I think we'll have better scalability in 
categorization and searchability with Trove.

Better yet, a more complex system than comps.xml could be derived from 
Trove information to install groups of packages without a packager 
needing to manually create pseudo groups in comps.xml.
