ok, wythweb, settings
choose the front end you want to edit
find your locale in the local drop down. - It takes quite a while to populate.
then go back to setup for mythweather in the front end
go down to the active section
hit enter on the first one choose set location
enter the broadest possible search you can think of but still get your area.
like midwest or the initials for your state - You are trying to match
strings from what ever service each part gets it's data from - they
aren't all the same.
when you have each of the screens set you exit and then you go to the
source setting and set the time interval for each
