More or less, yeah.

Its most definitely still open source.

Jesse is out of town until Wednesday, iirc, but when he gets back,  
we'll figure out where to publish the mercurial tree we've been  
working from, as well as posting pungi packages out there somewhere.  
Most likely, it'll ultimately end up in the EPEL repo, since Jesse  
already maintains the Fedora pungi packages via the same infrastructure.
