Yep, svn trunk r12842 (ATrpms' latest bleeding build as of a few days ago) 
failed to properly detect and import channels for me as well, while svn trunk 
r13188 worked fine. However, I've poked through every seemingly possibly 
relevant changeset in between those two, and still don't have a clue which 
one fixed things... :\

Oh, and the changeset I thought most likely was already backported to 
0.20-fixes, and doesn't help at all there (though the backport could have 
been slightly incorrect, I suppose).
