Scanning for (dvb) channels revisited...
You may recall that I reported that the current Mythtv 0.20 atRPMS resulted in no signal strength and no signa/noise indicated on the GUI meters and no channels were detected.  Others reported that systems built with subversion worked normally.

I built a system using subversion (13203) today and found that again, the signal strength and signal/noise meters WERE NOT working - BUT all available channels were detected and saved in the database.

This suggests to me that we're either looking at two bugs, one affecting the meter readings and the other affecting channel detection, or one bug that gives different failure indications depending on the level of the code in the surrounding modules.  It also suggests we may be dealing with a moving target.
