Pardon my thick headedness, but -testing to me has always meant
packages that may break the system and need checking use before baing
moved to updates.  Does atrpms deviate from this common sense approach
and place some packages in -updates-testing rather than -updates? or
will libvpx be moving to updates at some point and we just need to be
patient?
