[ATrpms-users] Broken OPL3 Midi with new alsa 1.0.25

I think I've found the fix for this, the rest of the alsa userland needs
updating too (alsa-utils, alsa-lib,alsa-tools, alsa-oss, alsa-plugins,
etc)

the dmesg error spews when i do aplaymidi -l (to list midi devices) and
it looks like its trying to load an old version of snd-seq-midi (which
is not in 1.0.25) so its loading it from the built in alsa (1.0.21?) and
error, I'm assuming the new tools know about the new alsa modules and
would work.
