[ATrpms-users] why is older alsa-kmdl being selected

I have alsa-driver-1.0.24-89.fc13.x86_64.rpm installed,
with   alsa-kmdl-2.6.34.9-69.fc13-1.0.23-85.fc13.x86_64.rpm.

1.0.24-89 kmdls exist in the repo for earlier kernels but apparently not 
for this one.  smart shows it as 'required' by the driver but installed 
the one I have without complaint.

.. and sound seems ok on my simple analogue stereo system.
