I'm still seeing this.  The above workaround needs to be applied at 
every start, but a permanent one is available at Tools > Preferences > 
Audio > Show settings/All > Audio desynchronisation compensation. 
Again, -400 ms seems to be about right for me but I suppose this may be 
system dependent.
