My understanding from Duncan's post in this thread is that the latest
git version of 'nuvexport' uses MythTV's own version of 'ffmpeg' and
therefore eliminates all the incompatibility issues between
'nuvexport' and 'ffmpeg' due to version changes and the like. I am
now running the latest version of 'nuvexport' from the ATrpms repo and
I'm still unable to use it with 'ffmpeg' (all options disabled). So
it appears to me that this latest version does not include the code to
use the internal MythTV version of ffmpeg. Wasn't this the point of
the new 'nuvexport' package or are there other important fixes in this
version?

Thanks,
John
