Checking http://dl.atrpms.net/el5-x86_64/atrpms/stable/ I see:

After installing the 0702 package I can confirm that ivtv is missing. But 
after removing 0702 and installing 0401:

$rpm -ql video4linux-kmdl-2.6.18-194.32.1.el5.x86_64 |grep ivtv
/lib/modules/2.6.18-194.32.1.el5/updates/drivers/media/video/ivtv
/lib/modules/2.6.18-194.32.1.el5/updates/drivers/media/video/ivtv/ivtv.ko
/lib/modules/2.6.18-194.32.1.el5/updates/drivers/media/video/ivtv/ivtvfb.ko
