Yes I did,

Index of http://dl.atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/testing has:
qt44-4.4.3-10_4.el5.i386.rpm

However if I browse here:
http://packages.atrpms.net/dist/el5/qt4/
it has various qt47 packages

Probably because of this YUM cannot find qt47..
