It works for me:
# rpm -q libva libdrm
libva-1.0.10-1.fc12.x86_64
libdrm-2.4.24-1.fc12.x86_64
# rpm -q --conflicts libva libdrmlibdrm < 2.4.23

I don't dare asking, but have you been filtering repo contents? :)
