You do not see it as the tuxonice kernels are just being built, f10 is
done and f9 is in the oven. For f10 I started the kmdl process, f9
needs the kernel builds to finish.

It is on the todo list, but you can also build it yourself, although
currently the rpm macros do push rpm over its limit, so it only works
with some manual band aid (details: the macro depth limit of rpm is
reached and some autodetected macros need to be substituted on the
cli until this is fixed).

If you're not in a hurry wait for some hours to half a day (it's
shortly before bedtime here ;) and check the repo again.
