Sorry, I have an older Dell Latitude with an ipw2100 and a new Precision 
with a ipw3945.  If it's too much hassle for the ipw2100, then I'll just 
compile it from the tarball.

But for the ipw3945, any idea what's breaking the older driver and/or 
the newer iwlwifi?
