[ATrpms-users] mpg123 upgrade sounds dreadful

The new mpg123-1.3.0-6.el5 sounds as if a concrete mixer is in the room, 
with both mp2 and mp3 files.

The previous version, 1.2.1-6.el5, still plays well.  I have reverted to 
it, but I see it's no longer in the repo.
