It seems that you do not have any nvidia device:
ls -al /dev/nvidia*
Since you upgrade (not a clean install, as I understood),
I would check xorg packages and /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Maybe there is something from F8 in there.
Have you ever used nvidia installer?

There is no fuse-kmdl for F9 yet. Just remove any fuse first (you should
have had one before the upgrade).
sudo rpm -e fuse fuse-libs
Then, install fuse from fedora for now.
