[ATrpms-users] Connection refused to ATRPMs

I've been trying to reinstall my MythTV system all day (moving from
Fedora Core to CentOS). I've had masses of problems and now I'm
getting some "connection refused" messages:

Parsing package install arguments
Resolving Dependencies
--> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Please wait.
---> Downloading header for lirc-kmdl-2.6.18-53.1.4.el5.centos.plus to
pack into transaction set.
http://dl.atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/stable/lirc-kmdl-2.6.18-53.1.4.el5.centos.plus-0.8.2-68.el5.i686.rpm:
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (111, 'Connection refused')>
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure:
lirc-kmdl-2.6.18-53.1.4.el5.centos.plus-0.8.2-68.el5.i686.rpm from
atrpms: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

Is there a problem with the server?
