Didn't we discuss this a week or two ago on this list?

You need atrpms-rpm-config and the kernel sources of your choice,
e.g. kernel-devel-2.x.y....

The it is just a matter of rpmbuild --rebuild foo-1.2.3-4.src.rpm. I
even made the builds of kmlds the default recently to help people that
want kmdls built quickly.
