[ATrpms-users] Issues with FFMPEG post-upgrade

[DISAFAN]

I checked. All except the ffmpeg-devel were installed, and just in case, 
installing that didn't help. The only theory I have is that somehow the 
mp3 library isn't being linked in somehow.
