Sorry, my ppc is currently not responding anymore, need to check why
the system is offline :/

Try yum install atrpms-rpm-config kernel-devel first.

But also use openafs-1.4.6-26.src.rpm instead unless you really need
to stay at 1.4.5. The website reflect an old repo state, the new repo
has the newer openafs bits.
