[ATrpms-users] How can I install CentOS and get the nvidia-graphics driver from ATrpms during the install?

I have a Pundit P2-AH1 which includes an on-board Nvidia GeForce 6150
video capability. It refuses to display a cursor with the nv driver, so I need
to install the nvidia-graphics driver and add the "option swcursor on" line
(with correct quoting) to the xorg.conf.
I tried adding ATrpms as an extra repository during the CentOS 5.1 install,
but it came back with a message about a lack of something -- storage
directory? -- and didn't offer me any ATrpm packages during the package
installation customization phase.
It is very tricky -- might I say nigh impossible -- to work with the system
without a visible cursor to get to the point of installing the nvidia-graphics
driver and kmdl post-install.
Is there a way to get it done during the installation?
BTW, the installation has a cursor that works very nicely, thank you --
now why is that so and not after the installation?
TIA for any assistance.
Craig.
