I've seen some issues mainly in liveTV and playing recordings on one of my 
frontends. Playing around with the GPU scaling in nvidia-settings got it 
fixed, but the strange thing is that some other applications suffer from that 
in a similar manor (setting GPU scaling back helps again though).

I didn't see any strange behaviour in menus, but perhaps it's worth to check 
out the some settings in nvidia-settings and see if anything has influence on 
the problem.
