The bleeding packages are a tad older, 15333.

You should check out the changeset 15334 - it is not likely that a db
change occured in that little time window, but also not impossible.

Yes.

No, that's a bad thing about non-packages files - no one can identify
them anymore w/o substantial effort (like checking each and every file
under /usr whether it is in the rpm db or not and if it is whether it
matches its checksum there.
If you're lucky you installed everything under /usr/local, so it's
also quite easy to remove it in one sweep (unless you installed more
stuff under /usr/local you don't want to waste).
