[ATrpms-users] Mythtv 0.21-177 from 175: easy upgrade on Centos with improvement seen.

The log file is probably not able to be accessed by mythbackend because it
is running as a user and the log file is owned by root.
The thread with the subject "[ATrpms-users] Mythbackend will not start after
upgrade to Mythtv ver 174" contains some fixes for this if you are
interested.
