[ATrpms-users] Unable to build x264-0.65-8_20081108.2245.src.rpm

Hello,
I downloaded this rpm from atrpms.net and I have not been
able to build it because of 2 macros in the spec file which
rpm is unable to parse; namely 

%lib_package 
%lib_dependencies 

This is what happens:
# rpmbuild -bb x264.spec
error: line 4: Unknown tag: %lib_package x264 65

My system is at rpm package version 4.4.2.2.

I contacted the developers at videolan.org and they said
they are not the maintainers of the rpm packages; and that
I should contact whoever packaged x264-0.65-8_20081108.2245.src.rpm
I got this package from:
http://dl.atrpms.net/all/x264-0.65-8_20081108.2245.src.rpm

Could someone please tell me how to get around this macro problem?
