Too complicated; you just need to do something like
	rpmbuild --rebuild --with-xvmc-opengl mythtv.src.rpm

I haven't looked at the SRPM to see exactly what the --with option 
should be, but someone here can probably tell you before you get in too 
deep with trying to do the build by hand. Note also that you will need a 
LOT of dependencies (various libxxx-devel packages) but the above should 
tell you what.
