Thank you, it is better.

Unfortunately I am now faced with a dilemma. My typical first actions
when putting together a fresh server is to add ATRpms to yum repos,
install apt via yum, then add the atrpms repo to the apt sources.list.

Since I skipped atrpms during the recent install of a server, I am faced
with installing atrpm's apt after centos's. I am currently faced with
the below problem, and a bit afraid to go further:

# apt-get install apt

The following extra packages will be installed:

The following packages will be upgraded
  apt popt rpm rpm-python
The following packages will be REPLACED:
  rpm-libs (by librpm4.4)
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libbeecrypt6 librpm4.4 neon pythonabi
4 upgraded, 4 newly installed, 1 replaced, 0 removed and 10 not
upgraded.
Need to get 0B/3155kB of archives.
After unpacking 1309kB of additional disk space will be used.

All packages so far have been installed via centos' official
repositories. Is there a "safe" way across this?
