[ATrpms-users] How to completely remove pm-utils

For some reason, I cannot get rid of pm-utils. I am not even sure how
it ever got on my system, but half the time I try to do a smart
upgrade, I get hit with these errors:
Committing transaction...
error: vbetool-0.7-2.fc7 conflicts with pm-utils <= 0.99.3-11
error: radeontool-1.5-2.fc7 conflicts with pm-utils <= 0.99.3-11
I am forced to remove pm-utils by the specific package that is
installed (in this case it was pm-utils-0.99.3-6.fc7), but all that
did was:
Upgrading packages (1):
pm-utils-0.99.3-9.fc7.2cubbi_tuxonice at i386
I don't even have a cubbi_tuxonice kernal. Still, I let it do it, and
then had to again remove that package because I got this error again:
Committing transaction...
error: vbetool-0.7-2.fc7 conflicts with pm-utils <= 0.99.3-11
error: radeontool-1.5-2.fc7 conflicts with pm-utils <= 0.99.3-11
I then removed (or actually donwgraded pm-utils):
[root at localhost ~]# smart remove pm-utils-0.99.3-9.fc7.2cubbi_tuxonice at i386
Loading cache...
Updating cache...
######################################################################
[100%]
Computing transaction...
Downgrading packages (1):
pm-utils-0.99.3-6.fc7 at i486
And now I can finally upgrade the system. Thing is I don't think I
need vbetool or radeontool (I don't have a VBI or a ATI card), and
have no idea why I would need pm-utils. What do I need to do to
eliminate all of these from my system?
