Well,  I was responsible for the  changes.

mjpegtools-1.9.1-14_cvs20061009 had some missing .h

mjpegtools-1.9.1-14_cvs20070421 had mpeg2enc disabled upstream

I made a single test with mytharchive using mjpegtools-1.9.0-15_rc2 and it
worked.

But you can always go back if you see some problems.
