Could yes, but play this through, this is the part wehre I wrote that
embeding this informations is impractical:
o it isn't done automatically by rpm
o you can't know what set of features to setup like this
o if you do it cleanly every feature needs this, so you end up with
dozens of virtual feature provides that are manually maintained.
o what about less trivial features like "build against glib 2.13.x
and pango w/o font rastering"
So you open up a can of worms that way.
