You have to choose between atrpms and fedora and block the other one.
I can't remember how to do this for smart, but for yum I added
"exclude=libraw1394" to the fedore-updates.repo file. I figured this
was less disruptive than running 'rpm -e --nodeps' on something mythtv
depended on.
