They should have been built together with FC6 and F7, a few days ago.
Something must have
happened, I guess. The spec is the same. Sometimes this happen, and when
Axel sends
me the logs, I fix the package.

I have them. You can find them at the same directory where you
downloaded vlc.

dvdrip depends on a few modules (perl) available only at freshrpms. You just
need to
install them before.

My version of xine contains everything.  That is, I do not use
free/non-free.
Therefore, I have xine-lib, xine-lib-devel,  xine-lib-extras and xine-ui.

Freshrpms has some libraries with different versions we use here.
I do not like to mix multimedia packages also.
