BTW, I've compiled all the kernel modules directly from the source
code and installed them , not trying to create modules etc...

Just wanted to do it a more "proper" way, cause each time I'm trying
to upgrade say the nvidia libraries, yum or smart are trying to
install another kernel , kmdl for a kernel that I do not have and then
try to remove my kernel ...

such a mess, I can't ever perform an easy update with atrpm activated,
always something screwy with dependencies..
