It's not on your end.  

"yum install mythtv-suite" opens enough simultaneous connections to dl.atrpms.net to trigger Axel's home grown DoS detector, and block your IP for 12 hours.  He's aware of the problem but hasn't fixed it yet.  See this thread: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/atrpms/users/9688?do=post_view_threaded

I used a mirror site in the UK to get around this problem.  Replace the existing baseurl's in /etc/yum.repos.d/atrpms.repo with:

in [artrpms] section: 
baseurl=http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/download.atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/stable

in [atrpms-testing] section:
baseurl=http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/download.atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/testing

Also, you need to enable the atrpms-testing repository to satisfy some of the mythtv dependencies for CentOS5, so go ahead and do that while you're in that file.

I was trying to execute yum -y install mythtv-suite. After processing

all the pre-reqs and getting ready for business I got this error.  Is 
this just a temporary error or a problem on my end?  I tried it twice.
