[ATrpms-users] OpenSWAN 2.4.8 for Fedora Core 6 ... (request?)

I use openswan and had previously downloaded the 2.4.7 binary from atrpms.
2.4.8 was just released a few days ago - http://www.openswan.org/code/
Perhaps I'm being too hasty, but how long does it generally take to
get a new RPM once the source is out?
It's probably obvious that I don't know much about compilation/coding,
but If someone could point me to a good rpm-creating guide, I'd be
more than happy to contribute.
If that's beyond my means, I hope this is the right place to make the
request that someone else do it.
