Just closed my bug:

Sorry, it turns out I shot myself in the foot.  I had tried a 2.6.20 
kernel from development which installed nash 6.06-6.  I discovered the 
nash version issue when I updated my desktop machine to the 2.6.2911.6.5 
Suspend2 kernel and noted the older nash version.  Reinstalling the 
older nash and mkinitrd and reinstalling the Suspend2 kernel fixed the 
problem.
