Isn't /usr/lib/nvidia-graphics-1.0-9746 in /etc/ld.so.conf?

$ /sbin/ldconfig -p  | grep libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1
        libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1 (libc6) => /usr/lib/nvidia-graphics-1.0-9746/libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1
