for a long time i was having problems with the system hanging.
something in the kernel. no syslog entries. occasional kernel panic
messages.
after a long period of research, i think i'd basically proved to myself
that it was ivtv when i was recording in myth. at least that's about
the only time that it seemed to happen.
then about 2-3 weeks ago, the ivtv update came in and suddenly i had my
normal stable system back.
yesterday(?) i installed the 126 build of ivtv and suddenly i have the
problem again -- everytime that myth records the system stops.
i've gone back to the 125 build to see if that restores stability again.
currently using:
[root at junior ~]# grep ivtv /tmp/rpm.list

but, i can't find the 125 build for this kernel.
axel, is there a possibility of obtaining the 125 build for this kernel?
thanks! i'm all ears for any advice anyone can provide.
