Wasn't so much trust as debugging the problem I reported on this list
Feb. 21 with yum-plugin-kmdl.  You pointed me to

and in retrospect, it seems this problem could be related.  Could it be
that the plugin did not offer the suspend2 kmdls because it did not see
kernel in the provides?
