Hi Axel,
Thanks very much for your hard work on the repo - it's an amazing service
to the community.
I've recently installed a fresh copy Fedora 7 on an AMD Dual Core 64bit PC.
Through customisation I've noticed that I can't run any OpenGL
applications within X. My Xorg.log reports:
(II) LoadModule: "glx"
(II) Loading /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/nvidia//libglx.so
dlopen: /usr/lib64/nvidia-graphics-1.0-7184/libGLcore.so.1: undefined
symbol: _nv000633gl
(EE) Failed to load /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/nvidia//libglx.so
(II) UnloadModule: "glx"
Uname reports:
2.6.21-1.3228.fc7 #1 SMP Tue Jun 12 14:56:37 EDT 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64
GNU/Linux
And these are the NVidia packages installed:
nvidia-graphics.x86_64 2:100.14.09-19 installed
nvidia-graphics-devices.noarch 1.0-5.fc7 installed
nvidia-graphics-helpers.x86_64 0.0.21-22.fc7 installed
nvidia-graphics100.14.09.x86_64 1:100.14.09-90.fc7 installed
nvidia-graphics100.14.09-kmdl-2.6.21-1.3 1:100.14.09-90.fc7 installed
nvidia-graphics100.14.09-libs.x86_64 1:100.14.09-90.fc7 installed
nvidia-graphics7184-libs.x86_64 1:1.0_7184-74.2.fc7 installed
Can you offer any advice on what I should be looking at?
Thanks very much.
Matt.
