Something is wrong, but I'm not sure what to blame:

# rpm -qR spamassassin | grep Apache::Test
perl(Apache::Test)  
# rpm -q --whatprovides 'perl(Apache::Test)'
mod_perl-devel-2.0.3-9.1.fc7
