[ATrpms-users] Centos5 mythtv-suite fails to install due to libFLAC.so.8 dependency

I also noticed this -- meant to send something about it.
It's because flac is in atrpms-testing (which is disabled by default).
Quick fix would be enabling atrpms-testing and use includepkgs directive
to only include flac packages (assuming your not using atrpms-testing
for other rpms also).
