I don't think we'll need a separate module rpm; as I reported
yesterday[1],  I filed this on Fedora bugzilla and it looks like saa7127
will be included again in the future:

Of course, this doesn't solve the flawed interaction with the
video4linux version. I haven't got as far as X output, but I also had
problems with the video4linux version of saa7127 which I've reported on
ivtv-devel[2]. Perhaps your issue is related, and you could follow up on
ivtv-devel as well?

I see you're using the FC6 ivtv_driver package on F7 - unfortunately
this won't rebuild cleanly on F7 either[3].
