It's not a secret - people from livna had contacted me in August and
suggested to merge ATrpms and livna. I then started to involve more
and more persons to create a larger repo. Unfortunately some people
went moonshining and spoiled this merger process. But others that are
still sane are discussing about a smaller merger now.
